PRIVATE MINIBUS FROM MARCO POLO VENICE AIRPORT TO PIAZZALE ROMA/CAR TERMINAL FOR HOTELS LOCATED IN VENICE HISTORICAL CENTRE OR FOR HOTELS LOCATED ON THE MAINLAND OR VICE VERSA. The service operates only from/to MARCO POLO AIRPORT. It does NOT take place from Treviso airport. Clik here to know the list of hotel where/to the service can be done. Clients will experience the pleasure of reaching the hotel comfortably on a private minibus avoiding the overcrowding of public transport. FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT: Clients will be met by our representative at the exit N.1, on the left side from the Arrival hall (see the map in the gallery). The driver will have a sign with client’s name. She/he will wait until 1 hour after the flight landing TO MARCO POLO AIRPORT Clients who depart from hotels on the mainland will be met at the hotel exit and will receive confirmation time of their return transfer directly from the driver when they arrive in Venice. (see the map in the gallery) Clients who bought return only have to provide a contact (e-mail or mobile) at the moment of the booking and will receive confirmation of the time from our office operator within the day before departure. Clients who depart from Piazzale Roma (from hotels located in Venice Historical Centre ) are required to wait for the driver/minibus outside our office at Piazzale Roma, Santa Croce 466/e-f, 10 minutes before the above indicated departure scheduled time, clients will receive confirmation time of their return transfer directly from the driver. (see the map in the gallery) Clients have to hand over the voucher to the driver. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE: All clients must provide the same name and surname that they give to the hotel otherwise they will not receive the pickup information for the return transfer. Service must be pre-booked and clients have to hand over the voucher where the service is clearly described – Luggage porter service is not included either at the airport or in Venice. She/he will wait until 1 hour after the flight landing Meeting point TO Airport: Clients are required to wait for the driver/minibus 10 minutes before the departure scheduled time at our office at Piazzale Roma Car Terminal (full address: Santa Croce 466/E-F – Venice) if located in the Venice historical center or at their own hotel if they are on the mainland. (see the map in the gallery) Availability & operation: Until December 2022 Departure and meeting: Every day, every time. Inclusion: Private transfer by minibus from Marco Polo airport to Venice and vice versa, includes one piece of medium sized luggage per person (please verify luggage size below) - Extra and Oversize luggage shall be paid for on the spot - One baby stroller and children car seat are also included - In order to provide children car seat , child’s age MUST BE PROVIDED at the moment of booking - Animals, even if small, are not allowed. There is no charge for Handbag or Backpack (max. one per person). Carry-on IS NOT handbag ! EXTRA and OVERSIZE luggage cost Euro 3,00 each and shall be paid on the spot (ONLY EURO IN CASH) NOTE: This service is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities. In addition to passengers’ names, all information about arrival and/or departure flight (arrival/departure date and time, flight number, flight origin and/or destination) and name of the Hotel where Customers are staying MUST BE PROVIDED at the moment of the booking. In case of flight delay on arrival, Clients can catch a later service if available, the minibus could wait maximum 1 hour later than the expected arrival time – If Clients miss the transfer, the service will not be refunded. – Once the flight has landed, customers have an hour to reach exit n.1, then the minibus leaves and customers miss the service. Clients should inform Venice Tours (+39 041 5202140) as soon as possible for the following situations: They have missed their flight and will arrive later; They are inside the customs hall waiting for a long time for their luggage or are at the lost and found desk; They have to inform us if they arrive late, for any reason; Venice Tours will do their best to serve the Clients who arrive late, it is depending on availability of the service.
